Retention And Engagement
Overall Return Windows
These overall percentages use the currently materialized fully observed return-window cohorts as the denominator, matching the same eligible cohort population shown in the grouped monthly detail further down the page.
Cohort Retention Checkpoints
The grouped chart below is limited to the eight most recent cohorts so the checkpoint comparison
stays readable. Use the table to compare cohort size and 1/2/4/8/12 week retention side by side.
Return Windows
Daily first-activity cohorts are rolled up to cohort month here so the 14/30/60 day comparison
remains legible. The grouped chart and sticky table below use the same fully observed eligible
cohort population summarized in the top-of-page KPI row.
Recency Buckets
Percentages use the full current patient-status snapshot as the denominator.
Patients in Current Status Snapshot
Persistence Distribution
Each bar shows how many patients had qualifying activity in that many distinct PT calendar weeks.
For example, 0 active weeks means no qualifying activity in the lookback window, while 3 active weeks means activity in three distinct PT calendar weeks. The left chart covers the last 4 PT
weeks, and the right chart covers the last 8 PT weeks.
At-Risk Overlap And Drilldown
These flag counts overlap. A single patient can appear in multiple bars, so use the filtered table below for PHI-free outreach triage instead of treating the bars as mutually exclusive segments.
