Each bar shows how many patients had qualifying activity in that many distinct PT calendar weeks. For example, 0 active weeks means no qualifying activity in the lookback window, while 3 active weeks means activity in three distinct PT calendar weeks. The left chart covers the last 4 PT weeks, and the right chart covers the last 8 PT weeks.
